No. The O6 Toolkit is built exclusively for Oxygen 6. Oxygen Classic is a completely different codebase. If you're on Classic, this isn't for you.
Technically no, but practically yes. The Design Library sections use OxyMade utility classes and CSS variables everywhere. The plugin itself works without OxyMade, but the pre-built sections won't look right. OxyMade is $149 lifetime. Worth it.
GSAP core and ScrollTrigger are free for standard websites. The O6 Toolkit loads them from CDN. SplitText (used for character animations) requires a GSAP Club membership if used on commercial projects. The toolkit works fine without SplitText, you just won't get the character-split animations.
